OUR AGE OLD TRADITION IN PHYTOREMEDIATION

Abstract

Hidden scientific truths within our mythological exegeses substantiate that people were conscious about the environment in ancient India. Even tradi­tional knowledge developed time to time enlighten us to overcome pollution problem at least to some extent. This discussion focuses on some indig­enous mitigator plant species which can check the increased pollution lev­els.
