Abstract

In this paper, we prove common fixed point theorems for six mappings from a class of compatible continuous mappings to a larger class of mappings having weakly compatible maps, without appeal to continuity in probabilistic metric space, which generalizes the result of Mishra [11] and Xieping [ 18]. At the end, we provide an example in support of our theorem.
