Abstract

The parasitoid, Trichogramma chilonis could be stored in the refrigerator and successfully utilized for 23 days without adversely effecting their emergence and parasitization efficiency. The mean per cent parasitization decreased with the increase in storage period. Among the four populations studied, Muktsar population was most efficient as it showed maximum mean emergence (60.4 %) and mean per cent parasitization (52.1) for 60 days.
