Abstract
Social, economic and demographic factors play a vital role on the variations in consumption of foods and nutrients. It is worth to verify the factors associated with the variations in dietary pattern and nutrient adequacies. Nayga, in his study analysed the socio-economic and demographic factors and urbanization, region, race, ethnicity, sex, employment status, food stamp participation, household size, weight, height, age and income.Downloads
