Abstract

The nutrient requirements of human being vary with race, age body weight, reproductive age attitude and physical activities. Among the various nutrients, the requirement for energy changes considerably based on the physical activities of individuals. An effort has been made in the present study to assess the energy requirements of sedentary workers.
