Abstract

Celiac disease also known as gluten sensitive enteropatlny is a condition when patients eat foods or use products containing giuten, tineir immune system responds by damaging or destroying villithe tiny, fingerlike protrusions lining the small intestine. Without healthy villi, a person becomes malnourished, no matter how much food one eats'.
