Abstract

The Development Potential of the Society Depends upon the Level of Physical and Mental State of its Children, for which Early Childhood Lays the Foundation. The Infant Mortality Rate in India is very high and Deaths during the Period of Weaning are 10 to 15 times Higher than in industrialised countries.
