Abstract

Strains of Staphylococcus aureus are of public health importance in view of their ability to produce thermostable enterotoxins in various foods Enterotoxigen - city of staphylococci has been closely related with a few important biochemical characteristics such as ability to produce thermostable deoxyribonuclease (TDNase) and coagulase.
