Abstract
Australia being one of the developed countries of the world has a highly specialised system of food technology. Being a cold country for certain really and a large exporter of food, especially fruits and vegetables, has the twin need to develop the food processing technology for out of season consumption at home, and for transportation abroad.Downloads
