Abstract

Since previous studies in this laboratory have demonstrated that commonly recommended laboratory tests are not capable to detect variation in biological value of Indian fish meal and groundnut cake, an experiment was conducted to test if any of these tests could be used to detect deterioration in nutritive value due to heat treatment.
