Abstract

"Food in homemaking" gives comprehensively the basic concepts about food preparation as suited to an young student. The twelve chapters are arranged in a "logical" sequence taking into consideration of the various aspects of food preparation such as shopping, kitchen tools and utensils, sanitation, the language of cooking, serving and food for all the family at different occasions. The key ideas briefed at every chapter help the student to reinforce learning.
