Abstract

It is a 500 - foot hospital ship, the Africa Mercy, that provides medical care to the world's poor. The desire of all members and volunteers from 45 nations is to provide medical services for local residents. Many corporates allocate resources because, social responsibility under the regulatory framework, is mandatory. However, Mercy Ship comes forward to serve for poor people who need medical care. A general saying is "A house is built with hands but a home is built by hearts". Mercy Ship builds ethics in their mission, vision; ethics, morals, and values with their hearts. In this paper, we would like to highlight how individuals are in the quest to serve the poor people live in coastal areas. The entire paper consists of the services rendered by various clubs from different countries with the support of Mercy Ship, its mission, vision, operational values, service orientation, benefits of their services and founders.
