Abstract

Gone are the days of conventional inspection and quality control of sorting of sorting out good and bad and concentrating its application only on the shop floor After realising the fact, that quality of the product has to be built in stages, right from concept to commissioning, with the total involvement of all functions in the organisation, the concept of quality assurance found quite appealing.
