Abstract

Oil palm is a high potency crop and the future world demand for edible oil depends greatly on the growth of oil palm plantations, it is the second largest source of vegetable oil in the world. Red Palm Oil (RPO) is unique in its physico-chemical properties that characterize it as an edible oil.
