This book brings forth the details on the affluent nutritional problems with special reference to United Kingdom. Affluent nutritional problems such as obesity, diet and coronary disease and nutritional deficiencies in the elderly are dealt with recent statistics and relevant illustrations Dietary fibre as the author points out is enjoying a renaissance in human nutrition.
