Abstract

Trace elements occupy an important position in the nutritional picture of human and about 50 organic and inorganic elements are said to be necessary for the total nutritional picture. Among these, of vital significance are zinc, cobalt, chromium, manganese, nickel, copper, magnesium, selenium, boron, molybdenum, vanadium and aluminium.
