Abstract

The author gives special emphasis to conditions of overweight often associated with diabetes, and to food exchange equivalents for convenience foods and other food products available. The book progresses from simple concepts of diabetic diet to more sophisticated aspects of menu planning for those who need to follow a meal plan using exchange lists.
