Abstract

In this "Modern World of Beverages" this book on hot and cold drinks is a welcome note. Alloting one chapter for each beverage, the authors have dealt in detail the processing, distribution and the best service to the consumer. Factors contributing to beverage spoilage and how to overcome them are also discussed in detail.
