Abstract

Any patient with food allergy has always the difficulty in arranging and following his diet. This booklet born out of the experience of the patient's psychologic and personal dislocation in trying to comply with his doctor's instruction would definitely go a long way to help each pratient solve his own particular problem. The fact that the book has been written by a patient who is himself a physician bears an excellent testimony for the scientific handling of facts. The main purpose of the book is to instruct the new food allergy patient in certain basic principles of food allergy and to merely point the way to the type of food selection.
