Abstract

The latest deliberation on climate change and its devastative impact was held in December2015 where more or less all nations took part as it involves the sustenance of mankind. Exhaustive discussions were held mainly on the emission of carbon dioxide which is the main cause of rise of global temperature. All countries emit carbon dioxide but some give blame to others for large emission. Western countries mainly blame developing countries for carbon dioxide emission.
