Abstract

Tryst with destiny has befallen us. The lodestar of Institute of Science, Education and Culture (ISEC) has gone down. The golden era is over. Dr. Murali Mohan Biswas is no more. With profound grief, deep sorrow heavy heart and tearful eyes we mourn the passing away of Dr. Murali Mohan Biswas on the 30th January 2016at 6.35 am in the morning.
