A new highly efficient computer system has been commissioned by German researchers now together with EU partners. It should make science and technique more efficient. A neuromorph computer platform in Europe now goes online. The glimpse of an experienced human being in order to perceive the essentials of new situation is sufficient. One practiced hearing (attention) is able to recognize at the first attempt, when the motor makes bogus noise which gets a damage shut up. To such lightening speed analytical performance uptil now is only the domain of human brain. As a learning competent high parallel computer, which comes out of without management system with that indeed often delivers a manifold quicker just results as half filling supercomputer and to this is also economical energy use.
